The TAP™ Finger Exercisers come in a pack of four different resistances (The order of difficulty from lightest to strongest is orange, blue, grey, and black). Athletes in particular are prone to have imbalances in the strength of their hands, forearms, and fingers. There tends to be much more strength when an athlete grips or flexes the fingers, but much weaker when he/she tries to extend the fingers. The finger exerciser allows athletes to combat this imbalance by being able to train extension anywhere and at any time.
