The TAP Kneeling Block is an excellent device to facilitate half kneeling drills and exercises emulating the pitching delivery at foot plant. These compact blocks provide an effective tool to support functional exercise that build strength, balance, and stability in the “arm slot” positions.
The TAP Kneeling Blocks are constructed of high density foam rubber that is firm yet forgiving to the knee when kneeling. Available in a variety of heights (3, 4, 6, and 9 inch) to provide a personalized tool to accommodate the back foot knee elevation at foot plant. Instructions for use not included.
